Pre-Order Delivery

All orders are currently pre-orders. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this timeframe.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided within 1 week of placing your order. You’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your package to your door.

Incorrect Address

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order, please allow 48 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
